Born in Pordenone on 11 May 1979.

Carloaugusto Mironici has been Generali Engagement Solutions’ CEO since 1 January 2023.

Career
Carloaugusto Mironici has a bachelor's degree in Economics from Universita’ degli Studi di Trieste and a master's degree in Business Administration from the ESSEC Business School (Paris) and the Mannheim Business School. Carloaugusto attended further executive courses in management and finance with Wharton Business School and London School of Economics.

He started to work on the Generali Vitality partnership in 2015 being one of the co-founders of the new-born legal entity in 2016, where he covered increasing responsibilities from Planning and Control manager, to Chief Financial Officer and member of the Board of Directors.

Previously, Carloaugusto gained extensive experience in the finance sector, working in different areas of the Generali Group.
